Chauhan, learned counsel for petitioner, after arguing for some time and when confronted with the submission made by Sri Sujeet Kumar Rai, learned counsel for Respondent-4 that essential documents, such as, order passed in appeal as well as order passed on inquiry, are not disclosed, fairly submits that the writ petition be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file fresh with better particulars. 2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty, as prayed for. However, petitioner has to pay a cost of Rs. 1000/- in the Bank account of High Court Legal Services Committee and receipt thereof shall be placed on record as and when fresh writ petition is filed.
