HEMALEKHA - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:43893 WP No. 18816 of 2025 ORAL ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw this writ petition, which reads as under: "The Petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition praying this Hon'ble Court to quash Notice, dated 19/06/2025 at Annexure K issued by the 3rd Respondent and direct the 3rd Respondent provide permanent power supply. During pendancy of the above Writ Petition, the BBMP issued a Trade License and according by the 3rd Respondent sanctioned the Permanent Power Supply on 22/08/2025 and after completion of the procedure and on deposing the amount of Rs. 40,190/- the 3rd Respondent serviced the Permanent Power Supply of 18 HP under LT-5 Tariff vide installation bearing R.R. No. N5P2466, serviced on 09.10.2025. Hence this memo bringing to the notice of this Hon'ble Court that in view of providing Permanent Power Supply the prayer in the present Writ Petition does not survive for consideration. THEREFORE, the Petitioner prays that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to record providing Permanent Power Supply vide Installation bearing R.R.
