3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the claim of the petitioner stands rejected vide memo no. 3436 dated 17.05.2025 issued by the District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be granted liberty to agitate the matter.
