Learned counsel for the State would submit that due to efflux of time, the present writ petition has become infructuous as the grievance raised by the petitioner has already been redressed. He would further submit that during pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has expired on 28.04.2021 and death Certificate has also been annexed in this regard. 3.
