In this writ petition, petitioners are assailing the letters dated 01.10.2022 issued by respondent No.1 (Annexures - D & F), to the petitioners. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has filed a memo dated 06.11.2025 stating that the respondent - authorities have filed 'C report' in Crime No.145/2022, on the file of II Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Nelamangala. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44806 WP No. 20450 of 2022 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Additional Government Advocate and learned counsel for the respondents, since 'C report' has been filed before the competent Court, I am of the view that, nothing survives for consideration in so far as the challenge made to Annexures - D and F are concerned. Further, this Court by order dated 21.10.2022 has ordered that the bank accounts of M/s.PayU Payments Private Limited that are frozen shall be de-frozen concerning only the subject crime registered as above, except the Account No.918020057124164 of M/s.PayU Payments Private Limited, maintained at Axis Bank (IFSC: UTIB0003156), which shall remain frozen and the freezing and de-freezing of the accounts mentioned shall be subject to the result of the writ petition. 4. Taking into consideration the order of this Court dated 21.10.2022 and that the alleged loss is to the tune of Rs.27,000/-, the Account No.918020057124164 of M/s.PayU Payments Private Limited, maintained at Axis Bank (IFSC: UTIB0003156) concerning only the subject criminal case stated above, is hereby ordered to be de-freezed and except the - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:44806 WP No. 20450 of 2022 aforesaid account, in so far as freezing of the account, no further observation is required to be made in this writ petition, under the circumstances of the case since 'C report' has been filed by the respondent - police in Crime No.145/2022, before the competent Court. 5.
