Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that arrangements have been made, so that the rain water from the roof will not be pouring into the petitioner's property. He has also submitted photographs in this regard. 3. In reply thereof, the learned Counsel for the contempt petitioner would submit that the electricity pole has been covered and tomorrow if any connection has to be granted or somebody has to climb up the electricity pole, there is no way. 4.
