This Court on 10.10.2025 has taken note of the fact that though this petition was listed five times for non- compliance of office objections, the office objections are not complied and there was no representation on the said day on behalf of the petitioner. However, by way of indulgence, this Court had finally granted two weeks time by order dated 10.10.2025 to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply the office objections with an observation that failing compliance, petition shall be dismissed for non-prosecution. Till date, office objections are not complied and learned counsel for the petitioner has sought for further time to comply the office objections. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:42523 WP No. 9220 of 2024 3. In view of the peremptory order passed on 10.10.2025, this Court has no other option but to dismiss this petitioner for non-prosecution. 4.
