The petitioner filed the present writ petition challenging the inaction on part of the 4th respondent in not providing police aid. The petitioner approached the Civil Court and has granted injunction order in favour of the petitioner over the schedule property. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4th respondent is not providing police aid/protection to the property of the petitioner inspite of an order from the competent Court. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the respondents 5 and 6 are facing three charge sheets. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 5. Considering the submissions, this Court finds deems it appropriate to permit the petitioner to submit a resh representation before the respondents 2 and 4. The respondents 2 and 4 shall take appropriate action in accordance with law and also ensure the order passed by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Adoni in OS.No.104 of 2019 is implemented in letter and spirit. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off. There shall be no order as to costs.
