Case No. 211 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar. In the night of 26.12.2024, the father of the informant was murdered by extremists. Suspicion was raised against one Pradeep Singh of Jharkhand Sangharsh Jan Mukti Morcha and 06 to 07 unknown persons that they might have committed the aforesaid occurrence. Learned senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioners on record. From the impugned order, it appears that petitioners had also confessed their guilt. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar, in connection with Latehar P.S.
