This application u/s 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') has been preferred against order dated 24.04.2025, passed by Civil Judge (J.D.) / Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli in Case No. 273 of 2006 (State Vs. Vinod Chaubey and others), arising out of Case Crime No.29 of 2006, under Sections 307, 120B IPC, P.S.- Balua, District- Chandauli, pending in the court of Civil Judge (J.D.) / Judicial Magistrate, Chandauli. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and the applicant would appear before the trial Court and a direction may be made to the trial Court to decide the bail application of applicant expeditiously. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant surrenders before the court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail, his bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law. 5.
