Petitioners before this Court contend that the name of Anarkali Balika Mahavidyalaya was mutated in the revenue records after the land of college was donated and the said college was, thereafter, constructed over the land in question. It was on an online application of some persons name of Fagu was mutated and name of college was deleted from the revenue records. Proceedings under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code have been initiated, which has been allowed. According to learned counsel for petitioners, the name of college has not been mutated in the revenue records till date, despite the fact that mutation order dated 9.10.2024 has been cancelled by the competent authority. Petitioners have represented the matter through application dated 5.5.2025 and 27.6.2025, which is pending consideration before the respondent no. 4. 2. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No. 4 [Tehsildar, Tehsil Kasya, District Kushinagar] to decide the application dated 5.5.2025 and 27.6.2025 filed by petitioners, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 3.
