Heard, learned counsel for the parties. 1. Petitioners have filed the instant Writ Petition for direction upon the concerned respondent to show cause as to why despite several representations by the petitioners for shifting the transmission line which is proposed to pass through the land of the petitioners causing imminent danger and threat to life and property over the land, but no action has been taken by them. 2. Petitioners are running a school by name, Nirmala School which is a residential school and at present about 800 students are enrolled and 300 students are residing in the said school. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that a representation dated 23.02.2025 for shifting the transmission line was filed before the Respondent No.4, but the said representation has not been disposed of, till date. 4. Heard the submissions made on behalf of the parties. 5. The Respondent No.4 [The General Manager, JUSNL, PO+PS- Dhurwa, District- Ranchi, Jharkhand] is directed to dispose of the 2025:JHHC:17366 2 said representation by passing a speaking order within four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order.
