Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that if the petitioner wants issuance of an online certificate, he may submit an application in accordance with the procedure. Counsel for the petitioner accordingly states that the petitioner would file an application for obtaining online death certificate as per the procedure prescribed for the purpose.
