The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia praying that directions be issued to the respondents to repair and maintain pure drinking water units in Bidar District. The petitioner also prays that enquiry be held for misappropriation of funds provided for installation and maintenance of pure drinking water units in Bidar District, by considering his representation dated 13.05.2024. 2. We note that there are no specific instances set out in the petition, articulating the details of the Units which are malfunctioning or the nature of their malfunction. The present petition seems to be based on a newspaper report setting out that large number of Units for dispensing pure water under the scheme 'Mane Manege Gange' and 'Jal Jeevan Mission', are not functioning properly. Since the petition is lacking material, we do not consider it apposite to pass any specific order.
