Santosh Gupta), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station- Sigra, District- Varanasi, within a stipulated period. 3. Learned A.G.A. submits that has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application is being disposed of requiring the court below to decide the aforesaid proceedings in terms of Sub- Section 3 of Section 143 of N.I. Act after hearing the parties with most expedition herein subject to the cooperation and any legal impediment.
