(2) The petitioner shall pay to the respondent no.2- workman a lump sum compensation of Rs.3,00,000/- within a period of four weeks from today failing which it shall carry interest @ 9% per annum after the expiry of the stipulated period.” Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
