The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed to quash the order dated 27.2.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Hathras, in Criminal Revision No. 61 of 2024, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 21.3.2024 passed by Civil Judge/A.C.J.M. Hathras, by which learned magistrate treated the application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. as a complaint case. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
