Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 2. This Court vide order dated 18.08.2025 sought instructions from the respondents. 3. Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that the petitioners' lease have been cancelled by order dated 23.07.2023 after following due procedure of law. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the inspection report, decision of the committee and the order cancelling the lease has not been served to the petitioners due to which the petitioners could not assail the same. 5. In such view of the fact, on the direction of this Court, the aforesaid documents have been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners by Sri Sandeep Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. 6. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioners states that the writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order cancelling the lease as well Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Siddhartha Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. M/S Sunwin Textile Industries Private Limited And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) as the order impugned in the present writ petition. 7.
