Pushkar Narain Shahi, at the outset, submits that in the nature of relief claimed in the instant writ application, the writ application is not maintainable, as the writ petitioner in sum and substance is seeking relief against the
order passed by the Managing Committee of a private educational institution, on which learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to seek his relief, in accordance with law, before a court of competent civil jurisdiction.
3. Permission is accorded.
4. Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
