This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to set aside the order dated 01.06.2024 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division FTC, Court No. 1, Ghaziabad and in Criminal Revision No. 498 of 2024 (Harminder Sawani and others Vs. State of U.P. and another) as well as judgment and order dated 26.06.2025 passed by Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No., Ghaziabad in Case No. 65296 of2022 (State Vs. Harminder Swani and others) arising out of Case Crime No.0040 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 DP Act, P.S.-Mahila Thana, Distrcit- Ghaziabad. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that in the instant matter petitioners are ready to participate and cooperate in the trial proceedings. Considering the aforesaid facts, till the conclusion of the trial, no coercive measures shall be taken against the petitioners. In case, the petitioners do not cooperate in the trial proceedings, the trial court shall be at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
