Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 36, dated 17.03.2025, under Sections 109, 190, 191(3) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P-1), and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise dated 05.06.2025(Annexures P-), effected between the parties. 2. Vide order dated 25.08.2025, parties were directed to appear before the learned Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate and to get their statements recorded. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.2 to 5 submits that his clients are not ready to compromise the dispute, thus, their being no compromise the petition may be dismissed. It is also informed that no such statement could be recorded before the Trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate to authenticate the alleged compromise relied upon by the petitioners.
