The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s) "for initiation of contempt proceeding against the contemnors/opposite parties for their willful disobedience of the order dated 29.07.2024 passed in CWJC No.11107 of 2024." The documents on record show that the Secretary, Labour Resources Department, Bihar, Patna has passed an order vide memo no. 3922 dated 18.12.2025 by which the officiating post of Vice-Principal stands abolished. 4.
