THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING BEEN FINALLY HEARD ON 02.04.2025, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING: 3 W.P.(C) No.23037 of 2023 2025:KER:28033 JUDGMENT The petitioners have obtained certain credit facilities from the respondent Bank. When coercive proceedings were initiated as against the defaulted arrears, the petitioners have approached this Court through the captioned writ petition. 2. On 04.02.2025, this Court extended the interim order originally granted, on the petitioners remitting an amount of Rs.1 lakh within a period of one month. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the afore amount has been deposited by the petitioners. The learned counsel for respondents 2 and 3 also endorses the afore statement. Taking note of the rival submissions made as well as the averments in the writ petition, this writ petition would stand disposed of, permitting the petitioners to make an application for the benefit of one-time settlement to the respondents herein, within a period of four weeks from today. If such an application is being filed by the petitioners, the respondents to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, 4 W.P.(C) No.23037 of 2023 2025:KER:28033 within a further period of four weeks thereafter.
