(C)) No. 671 of 2025 is filed by the NHIDCL for deleting its name from the memo of parties in the main writ petition as the applicant (NHIDCL) is impleaded as respondent no. 8. It is submitted that the applicant is not related in the present case as the work order challenged by the applicant is issued by the State Government. [3] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned GA for the State respondents and Mr. M. Rendy, learned counsel for the writ petitioners have no objection.
