The petitioner has preferred this writ petition with the following relief :- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2 & 3 to execute the sale deed in favour of petitioner, in pursuance of sale certificate dated 09.05.2018 issued by the respondent no. 3 as early as possible within specific period as may be fixed this Hon'ble Court." 2. This Court on 21.7.2025 directs to Sri Shashi Bhushan Singh, counsel for respondent Bank to seek instruction and give details of the securitization application. 3. Sri Shashi Bhushan Singh, counsel for respondent Bank states that the sale deed could not be executed because of status quo order passed by the Debt Recovery Tribunal, however, the application, in which the stay order was passed has been dismissed and the petitioner may approach the bank for execution of the sale deed forthwith. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the Bank within a period of two weeks from today, thereafter, the bank shall execute the sale deed expeditiously, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date petitioner approaches the bank.
