2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 584 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by the unknown criminals and subsequently his dead body was recovered. The petitioners and others were suspected of killing the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the investigation people have suspected the hand of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70178 of 2025(2) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 petitioners in the commission of the crime but there is no material on record to connect the petitioners with the crime. The petitioner no. 1 is in custody since 09.04.2025 and the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are in custody since 26.04.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Jahanabad/concerned Court below in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 584 of 2023.
