As far as the arrears is concerned, she does not have any instructions. Therefore, the arrears, if any, to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of six months from today. In case, if this order is not complied with within the time limit speci:ed, it will be open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy. 3. In view of the above, learned advocate Mr. Nirav Sanghvi, under instructions, as the grievance of the petitioner is substantially redressed, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to avail appropriate remedy in case of non- C/SCA/4617/2024 ORDER DATED: 11/11/2025 compliance of this order.
