I.A.No.2 of 2025 is filed by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking to compromise the offences between the parties. 3. I.A.No.3 of 2025 is filed by petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4, seeking to quash the proceedings in FIR No.110 of 2024 on the file of Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam and a joint memo was filed. 4. The petitioner Nos.1, 3 and 4 along with 2nd respondent are present before this Court. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 submits that the petitioner No.2 was arrested on 25.02.2025 and that he is in judicial custody. 3 6. The affidavit seeking leave of the Court for quash FIR No.110 of 2024 are perused and joint memo also is perused, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is disposed off and the proceedings against petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4 in FIR No.110 of 2024, on the file of Airport Police Station, Visakhapatnam, are hereby quashed.
