Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.3 to look into the representation dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-5), within a time bound manner. In view of the above, without commenting upon the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3/Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar Mohali, to look into the representation dated 17.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two weeks by passing a speaking order.
