Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.188 dated 17.06.2025 under Sections 319, 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340, 61 of BNS, registered at Police Station Civil Lines Hisar, District Hisar, Haryana. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sanjay Kumar, has apprised the court that in compliance of order dated 10.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 10.07.2025, is hereby made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required/ called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 482(2) BNSS.
