Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3. Recording the said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, the present Petition is closed and the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on the fresh cause of action and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to deal with the complaint in accordance with law.
