Case No. 36/2025 corresponding to G.R. No. 73/2025 registered under Section 112 BNS, 2023 read with Section 14 of the Assam Game and Betting Act. 3. On instruction of the petitioners, Mr.
M. Khan, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this pre-arrest bail application, with a liberty to file afresh as and when fresh cause of action arises, to which Mr. K. K. Parashar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, this pre-arrest bail application stands dismissed, on withdrawal. 6.
