This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:

“.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in directing the petitioners not to install CC cameras in the Beracah Prayer House (Church) situated D.No. 13-917-7, Road No. 3, Sanjeev Nagar, Tadipatri Town, Anantapuramu District at the behest of the respondents 4 and 5 who were illegally interfering with the smooth conduct of affairs of the Church by calling the petitioners over phone to the station and directing to settle out the disbutes with the respondents 4 and 5 or else he would foist false cases against the Petitioners, as being illegal, arbitrary and is in violation of fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioners under the Constitution of India.”

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Ms.A.Varalakshmi, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
