THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE NATIONAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED:
CONCILIATION ORDER
A joint memo of the petitioner and the respondent has been submitted today which is counter signed by respective advocates for the parties. It reflects that an amicable settlement has been reached to pay a sum of Rs.4,75,000/- by the petitioner to the respondent. 50% of the amount of bounced cheque had already been deposited pursuant to an order of this Court dated 24.03.2023. That amount was permitted to be withdrawn by the respondent by an order of
11.03.2025. The respondent withdrew a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- on
24.04.2025. As regards the balance amount of Rs.2,25,000/-, the petitioner is making payment of Rs.50,000/- by cash today, that is 13.12.2025, which amount has been handed over to the respondent. The balance amount of Rs.1,75,000/- will be paid by the petitioner to the respondent in three installments in the manner specified hereafter. 3 Rs.60,000/- shall be paid on or before 13.01.2026. Another amount of Rs.60,000/- towards second installment will be paid on or before 13.02.2026 and a sum of Rs.55,000/- towards third installment will be paid on or before 13.03.2026. 2. A prayer has been made for compounding the offence. It is directed that on payment of the entire outstanding amount, the offence shall stand compounded. 3.
