JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 8 18-08-2026 The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs :- “A) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of CERTIORARI for quashing the notification dated 30/06/2025 issued under the signature of the Respondent No. 3 and contained in his Memo No. 7259, dated 30/06/2025, so far it relates to the Petitioner, whereby and where under, the Petitioner has been transferred from his present place of Patna High Court CWJC No.15498 of 2025(8) dt.18-08-2026 2/2 posting, i.e., Jehanabad to the post of Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Rajouli, and the Respondent No. 5, who was posted as the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Kusheshwar Ashthan East, Darbhanga, has been transferred and posted as the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Jehanabad, on the ground that since the Petitioner was transferred and posted as the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Jehanabad in June 2024, his transfer by the impugned order is contrary to the policy decision of the State Government according to which an employee has to remain posted at a particular place for not less than three years. B) For issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders and direction/directions for which the writ Petitioner would be found to be entitled under the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2.
