The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chakradharpur P.S. Case No. 14/2022, for the offences registered under Sections 302 & 201 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 3. On 25.02.2022 at about 11:00 A.M., father of the informant had gone to participate in the last rite of his nephew and thereafter he went missing. On 26.02.2022 at about 3:00 P.M., dead body of the father of the informant was recovered from a pond in village Ottar. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the pointing out of this petitioner. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that name of the petitioner has transpired in confession of the co- accused. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with Chakradharpur P.S.
