Despite service of notice to the proposed respondents as per the order of this Court dated 05.01.2024, none appeared on behalf of the proposed respondent/3rd respondent, either in person or through counsel. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the 2nd respondent/Polytechnic College, where the petitioners are employed, was converted into a Government Polytechnic College in 2018. The 2nd respondent was earlier under the control and management of the proposed respondent.
