2. On 04.06.2025, learned trial Court while dismissing the bail application before it, noticed the fact that the trial Court has already dismissed the prayer of bail on merits and later, the bail application before High Court has been dismissed as withdrawn, on 24.02.2025 in CRM-M- 9576-2025.
3. Considering the observations made by the learned trial Court and the fact that out of total 13 prosecution witnesses, 5 have already been Rajeev Purohit 2025.08.27 09:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
