MP No.668 of 2025 Time for depositing 50% of the compensation amount less amount already deposited as passed on 21.11.2024 is extended by two weeks from today i.e. 07.03.2025. It is made clear that 50% of the amount to be deposited would include any amount previously deposited by the applicant/petitioner. It is stated by the applicant that 20% of the compensation amount stands deposited. Hence, in view thereof, only 30% amount is to be deposited. Application stands disposed of. (Bipin C.
