Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.1 to implement the Special Audit report dated 28.11.2024 received from the office of Director, Higher Education, Government of U.P., Lucknow. II Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to appoint the authorized controller under Sections 57 and 58 of U.P. State Universities Act, 1973 in pursuance of the recommendation of Special Audit report dated 28.11.2024. III Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Principal Secretary, Higher Education, U.P., Lucknow to decide the issue of appointing Authorized Controller in pursuance of the letter dated 04.03.2025 issued from the office of Chancellor, U.P. Lucknow." 2. Sri Sanjeev Singh, learned Additional Advocate General on written instructions submitted that the committee report is pending before the State Government and the State Government will pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously. 3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by learned Additional Advocate General for the State nothing has been left for further adjudication in the instant matter. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed.
