Heard learned counsel for the appellants and Sri. Y. Nagaraj, learned counsel, Enrolment No.28/2000 holding brief of Sri. C. Shankar Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.3 to 5 and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1.
2. The instant appeal arises out of the order of 11.07.2014 in Writ petition Nos.30740-30743/2010 (LA- BDA). It is contended by learned counsel for the appellants that several other identical matters, namely writ appeals, were filed against the impugned order passed by the learned Judge, which have been disposed of by this Court by judgment dated 22.02.2024 in Writ Appeal No.1783/2014 (LA-BDA), which matter was connected with several other appeals. The aforesaid Writ Appeal No.1783/2014 was disposed of allowing the

appeals filed by the BDA and certain directions were made. It is stated that the instant appeal being identical to the Writ Appeal No.1783/2014, it may be disposed of in terms of the order passed in that appeal.
3. The learned counsel for respondents have not been able to dispute that the instant appeal would be covered by the judgment in Writ Appeal No.1783/2014.
4. Accordingly, this appeal is allowed in terms of the
judgment dated 22.02.2024 in Writ Appeal No.1783/2014.
All the pending applications stand disposed of.
