The instant petition has been filed seeking the following main reliefs: "(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 05.07.2025 passed by the respondent No.5 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition). (b) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.5 to reinstate the petitioner forth with on his post and pay him salary regularly every month." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf the petitioner fairly conceded that the suspension order has already been withdrawn by the competent authority, therefore, nothing remains for further adjudication. The instant matter has to be decided in light of the order dated 02.08.2025 passed by the Manager of the Institution. 3. Sri Suresh Bahadur Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.4 & 5 has not contradicted the facts as contended by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 4. Taking into consideration of the aforesaid order dated 02.08.2025, by which the suspension order has already been withdrawn, I am of the view that no useful purpose would be served to keep the matter pending for further adjudication. 5.
