The petitioners have impugned order dated 23.12.2024, whereby the reference dated 10.09.2024 made by the Additional Commissioner(s) in revision petition against the mutation No. 2880 dated 03.02.2023 in respect of estate of deceased Abdul Gani Mir has been accepted, by respondent No. 1. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the contesting parties have submitted that the civil suits have been filed by the contesting parties against each other, wherein interim directions have also been issued by the civil court(s) and they have reached to a consensus that the mutation impugned by the petitioners be kept subject to outcome of the civil suit(s) pending between the parties. Serial No. 69 2 WP(C) No. 1263/2025 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the mutation bearing No. 2880 dated 03.02.2023 in respect of estate of deceased Abdul Gani Mir shall remain subject to outcome of civil suits pending between the contesting parties. 4.
