Despite calling the matter repeatedly, no one has come forward to represent the petitioners. Therefore, petition is dismissed in default for want of prosecution.

order dated 28.04.2016 also stands vacated.

3. Accordingly, respondents are directed to ensure completion of eviction proceedings against the petitioners in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably, on or before 30.08.2025 and removal of encroachments shall be ensured on or before 30.08.2025.
4. Needless to say direction passed by this Court in
judgment dated 08.01.2025 passed in CWPIL Nos. 9 of 2017 & 17 of 2015 shall also be applicable to the present matter as far as possible, in the facts and circumstances of the case. The petition stands disposed of.
