BH RAMA KRISHNA NAIK The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.2373 of 2024 on 03.04.2024, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….In view of the fact that in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, they have admitted the amount payable to the petitioner, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition directing the respondents to release admitted bill amount of Rs.39,75,000/- payable to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is at liberty to claim any further amount payable to them.” 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel representing the respondents has furnished a letter dated 17.07.2025, addressed by the Director of Agriculture, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur, to the Government Pleader for Agriculture, wherein it is mentioned that the amount of Rs.39,75,000/- payable to the petitioner has been credited to the petitioner’s Account No.38431053257 on 17.07.2025. 3. Recording the same, as the amount has already been credited to the petitioner’s account, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
