Considering the foregoing facts and circumstances of the present petition, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent- competent authority to decide the representation filed by the petitioners within an upper limit of 30 days, from the date of receipt of the representation filed by the petitioners, by way of a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law. 3.
