The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Latehar P.S. Case No. 245/2021 corresponding to G. R. Case No. 280/2022(S), for the offences registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned C.J.M., Latehar. 3. On 08.10.2021 at about 6:30 P.M., motorcycle of the informant was looted by unknown persons near C.R.P.F. Camp, Patki. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and this fact has been mentioned at paragraph nos. 8 & 9 of this bail application. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Latehar in connection with Latehar P.S.
