This writ petition has been filed praying for following relief:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to monitor the investigation and further direct to respondent no.3 to conduct proper and fair investigation in connection with Case Crime No.0250 of 2025, under Sections- 137(2), 127(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District- Mirzapur against the accused person i.e. 4 and 5 and for taken legal action against him in accordance with law." 3. Learned AGA informs that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case. 4. Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. 5. Petitioner may avail any other remedy available to him under the law.
