ORDER This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the fifth respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioners dated 03.06.2025 wherein the petitioners are requesting for incorporating their names in the Thirupani Committee.
2. Heard Ms.V.S.Usharani, learned counsel for petitioners and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners must either be permitted to be a part of the Thirupani Committee in
order to render their service or at least they must be permitted to pay donation to conduct the Thirupani. 4/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5. The written instructions received from the Executive Officer shows that it is left open to the petitioners to give their donation and get receipts from the concerned officer. In order to respect the sentiments of the petitioners, it is left open to the petitioners to pay the donation before the Executive Officer and on receipt of the same, necessary receipt shall be given to the petitioners. Except giving this direction, no further orders can be passed by this Court since the Thirupani Committee has been functioning for more than four months.
