The iron gate has been removed and the obstruction to the passage has been cleared. As regards 2nd direction issued by this Court to take appropriate administrative/disciplinary action against the erring officials, if any, it is submitted that the Deputy Commissioner has deputed the Sub Divisional Officer(Civil) to inquire into the matter and report accordingly.
